You signature is the part of your handwriting that can say a lot about your personality and main features. It is a quite normal for your signature to change during your life, as your signature reflects ho you evolve as a person. It is also common to have several signatures: more formal (name and surname) when you sign a credit card or passport and an informal one when you sign a birthday card.

Your formal signature

When you sign something you usually use initials, first or family name. Your first name reflects your private self. Your surname is a mirror of your public self: how you behave at work and what is your min role in society.

If you use your first name to sign documents it means that your private self plays the main role in your life. You certainly have positive emotions about your childhood and family is the main priority for you.

The more space you make between your name and surname the more distance there is between your public and private life.If you use initials only, it means that you are pretty secretive about both of your private and public self.

Legibility

If your signature is quite legible and easy read, it defines you as person with clear and fresh ideas. In such case you will easily implement your objectives in real life. If you signature is illegible you always try to avoid conflicts. You have many friends who consider you are a positive and assertive person.

Angle

Signatures are divided into rising, descending or horizontal.

Rising signature means that if you have problems you will always overcome them. In such case you are a person with a strong mind. You are ambitious and optimistic.

Descending signature means that you often have bad mood and tend to depressions. You can hardly solve problems by yourself. But you are creative person with unique ideas.

Horizontal signature is an indication of stable personality. Such people are calm and balanced. They have clear mind and satisfied with their lives.

Size

If your signature is bigger that rest letters, it means that you are self-confident person. You have high opinion about yourself. People whose signatures are smaller than other letters of handwriting have law self-esteem.

Anyone who dreams of independence and material prosperity should develop a consciousness of a successful person. In the minds of successful people there is no room for thoughts of failure. Looser see only obstacles and limitations to the desired goal.

I don’t know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody.

Bill Cosby

There are 10 steps to become successful first in your mind, then – in real life!

Step 1

Each person is unique.
No one is able to think like you, nobody can do something better than you. Respect and love yourself with all advantages. Only then you’ll be able to get respect from others.

Step 2

Man can achieve everything he wants.
Human capabilities are almost limitless. You limit your life by yourself. Don’t think negatively about your life. Value your skills and be sure you can do everything! Every person has unlimited potential.

Step 3

Man has absolute power over himself.

Nobody can tell you how or what to think. Only you determine what and how you will do. Only you can create, build and stabilize any area of your own life.
Remember, you are shaping your thoughts, life and reality.

There is only one success – to be able to spend your life in your own way.

Christopher Morley

Step 4

This world is full of wealth!
Successful person knows that the universe is full of all necessary sources. Nature is always generous and rich. You can take what you want and give it back when it’s necessary.

Step 5

Life brings joy and satisfaction!
Successful people know that life is beautiful. Life problems always hide new opportunities. There are no “black” or “white” periods in people’s lives. You can get something useful from any situation in your life.
Step 6

Life has unlimited possibilities!
Opportunity is always everywhere. Our real possibilities are endless.
In order to maintain good health, create new relationships, family, move up the career ladder and build your own business and just live an exciting life you should never stop. Life is a motion!

Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.

Sir Winston Churchill

Step 7

Our success depends only on us!
The success will never knock on our door and say “Here I am!” Step by step we go to it, day after day, the time is approaching our success by our decisions, actions, thoughts and beliefs.

Step 8

Faith
Faith is the engine for our desires. All that we believe sooner or later becomes reality. We certainly believe that the sky is blue, the sea is salty, and the sun gives light and heat. Why? We’ve heard it and seen since childhood. For us it is undisputed facts that do not require proof.

Let’s believe in our success in the same way. Believing in ourselves, we create our individuality, and identity.

Step 9

Problems are a source of opportunities.
The problems start, then when we begin to perceive the situation as problematic.
It has always been that in order to get something you need something to give. Life always puts signs in our way. We should see and understand them. Every problem is a way to start something new, to analyze what you did wrong. It’s a chance for everyone to refresh life.

Step 10

Positive thinking
This is the last and chief step to achieve the consciousness of a successful person. It includes all the previous nine points.

It is possible to fail in many ways…while to succeed is possible only in one way.

Aristotle

The word or phrase that you use to open your e-mail account may provide a key to your personality as well as to your correspondence according to psychologists’ research. Helen Petrie is a professor of human/computer interaction. She gave her own interpretation for the results of CentralNic survey. 1,200 people participated in a survey funded by CentralNic, the Internet Company. The results were published at their site.

Petrie identifies three main password “genres”:

Family oriented

fans

cryptic

Family oriented users numbered nearly half of all surveyed people. They use their personal names or surnames, nicknames of their pets. They tend to be frequent computer users and have strong family relations.

“They choose passwords that symbolize people or event with emotional value.” One third of respondents were so-called “fans”. They use the names of famous athletes or pop-stars. Petrie says that such people are young as a rule. They want to have the same lifestyle as their idol has. The two of the most popular names were Madonna and Homer Simpson.

The last type is “cryptics”. They choose the casual combinations of letters, numerals and symbols. Petrie says that cryptics are the most security-conscious group. They always do everything in right order; they know what to wait from life.

“Since you are focused on getting into a system, for example your e-mail account, you’re likely to write down something that comes quickly to mind”, said Petrie, “In this sense passwords tap into things that are just below the surface of consciousness. Also, to remember your password, you pick something that will stick in your mind. You may unconsciously choose something or particular emotional significance.”

The proposed test is based on the scientific research of Professor Max Luscher. Before you begin reading, think about what color you’d put on the first place and which will relegate to the last one: gray, blue, green, red, yellow, purple, brown, black.

Gray
If you prefer gray color – you consciously insulate yourself from outside influences to keep the perfect peace and internal stability. If the gray color for you is at the last place – you are a person, rather aggressive. You look for the bright impressions.

Blue
Blue color is a symbol of sensibility, affection, loyalty. If you put it at the first place you easy fall into despondency. If you strongly reject your blue color, it means the inner restlessness and a desire for change that will help get rid of depression and passivity.

Green
Whoever puts this color in the first place is a straightforward person, with a tendency to idealize himself, along with the tendency to “force the other to improve.” People, who set green at the last place, often complain that other people are too much exigent.

Red
If you put red at the first place, so you want to intensify your emotional feelings. All those who exclude red, don’t have inclination for aggression.

Yellow
Anyone who puts the yellow at the first place reveals the desire for independence and hope for a happy life. The opponents of this color do not have enough stability and psychological autonomy.

Purple
Anyone who loves the purple color, creates an atmosphere of harmony and agreement. Anyone who puts a purple color at the last place, expresses an unconscious longing for a sensual experience.

Brown
As favorite color, it indicates a strong need for rest and relaxation. The last place of this color means that you strongly reject your every day life and routine.

Black
Anyone who puts a black color at the first place often suffers in a duel with destiny. If you put black at the last place you do not want to give up anything, but in doing you expect too much of life.

Almost every one of us knows the feeling when the right decision is taken by itself, by intuition. Sometimes this sensation is called “sixth sense”. What it is and whether it could be trusted?

Scientists from Northwestern University, USA, described the precise electrophysiological mechanisms of intuition origin. They came to conclusion that listening to “sixth sense” is not only possible but necessary. It is reported by ScienceDaily, citing the publication of Nature Neuroscience.

The information that we have in our brains, is divided into conscious and unconscious.

In the recent works, researchers have shown that those “intuitive” assumptions that a person can do in the process of solving a particular problem, are basically nothing more than a unconscious memories.

“In fact, we know much more than we think. – Said Ken Paller, professor of psychology, one of the authors of the study. – The unconscious memory can come into play, for example, when we need to identify a person suspected of a crime, or the correct answer to the question of any test.”

The researchers conducted an experiment in which volunteers were shown a series of colorful images. Pictures quickly succeeded each other on screen. At the beginning of the experiment people were trying to remember all subjects very carefully. They were doing it in a quite calm atmosphere. And while watching another part of the images scientists were diverting people’s attention: researchers loudly called numbers 3, 8 or 4, and offered to keep them in memory.

Later psychologists held on the same experiment showing kaleidoscope of images – both old and new, and offered to choose the ones they have seen before. These signals from the brains were recorded on the electroencephalogram (EEG). EEG helps to make conclusions about what electrophysiological mechanisms accompany the conscious and unconscious choice.

“It is remarkable that people remembered the pictures while being distracted.”- Said Paller. Scientists always thought that distraction prevented information storage. “But our research showed that the storage system in the brain works successfully even when we are not consciously trying to remember something”- He continues.

So we should not rely solely on the conscious memory. On the contrary, we should develop intuition. Intuitively decision is often more correct and can help find solutions to all sorts of problems in everyday life.

“Sixth sense” is one of the most correct. This is an important component of the human capacity for creativity and creative thinking. You can choose trust your intuition or not. But the fact is that listening to it is now not just speculation, but a proven scientific fact.

Felling upset all the time? Don’t sleep at night? Have conflicts with friends or colleges? These symptoms belong to stress. The stress may be caused by many reasons. People now are very busy; they have a lot of work. Computer technologies influence on us as many other factors. We pay too less attention to our mental health so many people suffer from stress.

What is stress?

Reading the official psychologists’ recourses we see the following meaning of the word “stress”:

“Stress is your body’s way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both good and bad experiences. When people feel stressed by something going on around them, their bodies react by releasing chemicals into the blood. These chemicals give people more energy and strength, which can be a good thing if their stress is caused by physical danger. But this can also be a bad thing, if their stress is in response to something emotional and there is no outlet for this extra energy and strength. This class will discuss different causes of stress, how stress affects you, the difference between ‘good’ or ‘positive’ stress and ‘bad’ or ‘negative’ stress, and some common facts about how stress affects people today.”

So you see that stress can be as negative so positive one. Positive stresses can hardly be called the happy minutes of our life but they tope up our body, they add some new emotions in our life.

So let’s see what stresses are negative and what are positive ones.

Negative stresses:

Negative caused some bad emotions in your mind and discomfort feeling in your body. It can be the bad sleeping at night, losing the appetite. Such bad stresses are usually provoked by negative situations in our life. Maybe you’ve just lost your job or your family is breaking out. This kind of stress is really dangerous. If you don’t take it away so the problems may rise into the psychological disease.

If you have negative stress, go to the doctor and work on yourself all the time. Your mental health is the most important thing in your life, remember it!

Positive stresses:

Positive stress is that kind of your mind condition when you have some problems, some non-convenient situations but they mobilize you. I think you had such stresses. Let’s see:

You boss tells you to do the huge amount of work but you have no time for it;

Your plain is taking on in 20 minutes when you are far from the airport

You’ll have an exam tomorrow but still don’t know anything and so on.

As a rule positive stresses are short-term. They take us some portion of adrenalin. Some people who like such stresses are looking for them in extreme sports for example.

I wish you to distinguish positive and negative stresses and have only first ones in your life!

Many psychologies contend that happiness and success are two things strongly connected with each other. How often you see the reach man happier than poor one? Our social status, fortune, surroundings influence on our sense of happiness. People who have a high level of income live longer and feel themselves better. But what comes first, success or happiness? The answer for this question is pretty actual.

Many people have an unwritten belief that success leads to happiness. This opinion is absolutely differs from the psychologists’ research proving that happiness helps us to become successful. Many questionnaires and researches show that the person in a good mood can do many things leading to his own success:

Feel healthier. The psychologist after many experiments say that people in a good mood are less given too pain. They prolong their lives in such a way.

Talk to other people. The people in a good mood talk to other with pleasure. He is always ready to help or just communicate. So many problems can be solved.

Practice different activities. Happy people like sports and active vacations.

Help others. If you feel yourself happy you are always ready to help someone, to make him happier too.

Be more creative. The ideas of people in a positive mood are as a rule more creative and flexible. They work in a team more effectively and solve the problems easily.

Resolve conflicts. People in a good mood didn’t interpret the conflicts as too complicated situation. They can find the way out without any problems.

Attribute success to their own skills. Good moods improve people’s self-efficacy.

Analyzing all these items you see that happy people implement their good features. Their skills are more evident for others. So being in good mood is a guarantee of success.
But how we can become happier if we have some problems and don’t feel so? It’s simple! First convict yourself that happiness will lead you to success. Believe in it and it will for sure. The second step is lifestyle and atmosphere where you live. Make your room more positive, open the windows often. Make your surroundings happier. Practice sports or other activities, create the hobby and share you interests with other people. After it you’ll feel better and happier that will help you to each success.
